Believe in Yourself

I am, are the two most powerful words you can use in your vocabulary. You are what you believe yourself to be. So if your recorded message is constantly saying I am an idiot, I am average, I am inadequate. Chances are the Universe has proven your perception of yourself to be correct.

Life has a way of mirroring back your thoughts. So what are you thinking? Are they uplifting or demeaning? Tune in and listen to your self-talk. If you don’t like what you’re hearing, then switch the tape or CD in your mind with uplifting and positive words.

Think about it! The same amount of energy it takes to think something negative, you can think positive words such as I am beautiful, I am amazing, I am intelligent.

Even if it sounds foreign at first, it’s by repetition you can reprogram your thought patterns. You wouldn’t accept a demeaning word from a stranger, so why would you tolerate it from yourself?
